At Reliable Sign Supply, we are currently seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and electrical equipment. As the face of our company to the customer, you will provide dedicated support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires extensive travel to customer sites, including residential and business locations. You will conduct installations, recommend optimal setup areas, manage cords and cabling, troubleshoot existing systems, and instruct customers on operating their new equipment. Equipment maintenance and job site clean-up are also key responsibilities. Beyond hands-on technical work, you will keep track of stock levels and maintain the service vehicle. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in electronics or IT, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to tackle physical challenges such as climbing ladders and working in tight spaces. Lifting heavy objects and solving problems on-site are also part of the job.
